How do I purchase a password?
Go to this link and pay. Your password will show up on the payment confirmation page. Write it down. You will NOT receive it by email.
How much does it cost to access the galleries?
$7, one-time fee.
What will my password give me access to?
At this time, your password unlocks all photo galleries on the site, including shows you didn't attend.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Already purchased Fan Photos? Message us and we'll send your password.
Haven't purchased yet? Get your password here. This is where you buy access and receive your password.
I bought a password on the old website. Will it still work?
Yes! If you forgot it, just message us.
I paid on the old website but can't access on the new one. What do I do?
Message us with the name and email used on your order, and we'll send you your password.
Can I share my password with friends or family?
No. Your password is for personal use only.
Can I download the photos, or only view them?
You can download them.
If I sign up and pay, am I guaranteed to be in the photos?
No. Paying gives you access to the galleries, but it doesn't guarantee you'll be in them.
Can I use the photos for social media or marketing materials?
You can post them on your personal social media. You can't use them for marketing, promotions, or advertising anything.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds.
